Astrapak announced that it had received a firm offer from RPC Group Plc (a plastic packaging group listed on the London Stock Exchange with a GBP 3.5 billion market capitalisation) to acquire all of Astrapak’s ordinary shares through a section 114 scheme of arrangement for a consideration of R1 370 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis.

Retailability enters into binding sale agreements to acquire the ongoing business of Legit from Edcon Holdings Limited.
